【Shizuoka Pref.】Refunds for hikers with Shizuoka Prefecture Fuji Climbing Pre-registration.(Aug10-11)

On August 10th and 11th, the weather was bad, with heavy rain warnings issued around Mount Fuji.  Therefore, for those who hold an unused entry permit  for the Fujinomiya/Subashiri/Gotemba Trail on August 10th and 11th, we will refund the full amount using the payment method at the time of payment. The full refund process will be carried out through credit card companies, etc.There is no need for the reservation holder to apply for a refund or initiate the refund process.  Refunds will be processed within one week.

Please note that the entry procedures for the "Shizuoka Prefecture Fuji Climbing Pre-registration" allow for cancellations and changes until the day of the climb.In bad weather, please refrain from any climbing that puts your life at risk.
*No fees will be charged for changes or cancellations to the schedule.If you cancel, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
*Climbing permits cannot be changed/cancelled for personal reasons after the valid period has passed (by 23:59 on the climbing day).

On July 15th (Tuesday), due to rainfall restrictions, The Mt. Fuji Skyline had closed to traffic.
Therefore, for those who hold an unused entry permit  for the Fujinomiya Trail on July 15th, we will refund the full amount using the payment method at the time of payment. The full refund process will be carried out through credit card companies, etc.There is no need for the reservation holder to apply for a refund or initiate the refund process.

Information on safe climbing of Mt. Fuji

 The latest information on Mt. Fuji is available on the IMAFUJI website, where you can check weather observation information for Mt. Fuji, and on X (Shizuoka Prefecture Mt. Fuji Climbing Safety Information). Information on hiking trails and the necessary equipment for climbing is also provided, so be sure to check it before climbing.

The The Mt. Fuji Skyline may be closed due to heavy rain.  If the road is closed, shuttle taxis and shuttle buses (from the 5th station parking lot to Mizugazuka parking lot) will not operate.  Please check the weather and plan accordingly.  In addition, some mountain bus routes may be suspended due to weather conditions, etc. Please check the operating company's website for the latest operating information.
